Exchanges Only Policy

Matakia offers exchanges only on all purchases, with the exception of earrings which are excluded due to hygiene reasons. Custom-made baby pins are also excluded as they are made to order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Please retain proof of postage receipt and email us a photo of it along with your order details to info@matakia.co.uk.

Matakia is unable to cover return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding of our exchange only policy for select items. Please contact us with any questions.
